This is the system of online registration of Sherry Bike. From here you can easily register for the race you want. Read carefully the procedure and follow the payment instructions.

Registration to the Sherry Bike modality requires being of legal age, reading and accepting the "Document of Declaration of Physical Fitness and Exoneration of Responsibility" at the time of registration, whereby the participant declares to know the physical requirement of the race , be in optimal physical conditions to face it and relieve the Organization of the possible health problems that may result from their participation in the Sherry Bike.

REFUND THE REGISTRATION

Once the registration is accepted, the amount paid shall not be refunded under no circumstances. Runners may add a cancellation guarantee at the time of registration.

Reimbursements will be made before 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.

Once a cancellation request is accepted, the Organizer will transfer the corresponding vacant place to the candidate at the top of the waiting list on that moment.

CACELLATION INSURANCE

The organization offers a cancellation insurance in which the 100% of the entry fee will be refunded to all those runners who have subscribed to this service.

Such refund shall only be made until 15 days before the start of the race. After this date the entry fee will not be refunded.

PRICE INSURANCE: 8€ .

CHANGE OF BIB´S NAME

Name changes can be made to race numbers/chips with these conditions:

Last date for changes is until 15 days before the start of the race. Once a runner has requested a change they will have 7 days to complete and return the change request form to Ultra Sierra Nevada Organizers by email: sherrybike@terraincognita.group

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE

Aid station solid and liquid during the race and finish.
Assistance during the race by the medical device and safety set by the Organization.
Timing and Tracking system.
Shuttle service to the finish line of the participants who withdraws from the race in the checkpoints that have control of Withdrawal.
Shuttle service from the finish line to the Start for the participants who want to park their vehicle in the Finish zone.
Welcome Runner Bag with sponsors gifts.
Finisher Medal for all cyclist who finish the race.
